Danielle has a fun and lighthearted approach to teaching yoga to my three kids (ages 7-14). She incorporates inversions and arm balances with yin and restorative and guided meditations. She is able to foster an environment of relaxation and self-care for my three busy kids and they always leave their sessions feeling calm and relaxed.  The best part of Savasana in your home is the kids can keep napping in their blissed out state at the end of the session.
